017.Our innovative program will allow you to Chart your own Course through various streams and electives.
Leadership Stream – Be the best leader you can be! Develop further your skills in conflict management, time management, self-development, and stress management. You will be engaged at a high level and hear world class speakers on the topic as well as learn valuable skills that you can apply in both your professional and personal life.
People Stream – People are your school’s number one asset. Topics within this stream are structured to ensure your best people skills are combined with the science of human resourcing. You will receive tools addressing recruitment, Agreements, performance management, the investigation of complaints, social media, and of course, skills to assist with those challenging and difficult conversations we may face with the staff we care for.
Numbers Stream - An ASBA program would not be whole without the traditional topics of accounting standards, audit, investments, FBT, and salary packaging. What will be different about ASBA 2017 is our plan to inspire you through new content delivery in this area.
As usual, the popular Masterclass will be available for delegates new to the industry as well as those who simply want to refresh or upskill to the next level and will particularly look at Masterplanning, statistical analysis and Board reporting.
